I placed a large virtual bet but got disconnected. What should I do?
We recommend playing on a fast and stable connection to help eliminate these types of errors.
We typically aren't able to reimburse for connection losses because we have no control over the quality of individual connections, but we're happy to check into specific incidents.
Please try the following:
- Check the full Coin count - Some displays can only fit a certain number of characters. To fit the Coin total in the display, the total may be rounded. If you don’t see your total changing, it may simply be because the quantity of newly added Coins is not large enough to affect the displayed rounded total. You can always view your full, non-rounded Coin total at the bottom of the in-game store.
- Check the connection - The game may be having trouble connecting. If your connection is interrupted while the Coin total is updating, the new total may not display. Playing on a fast, stable connection is the best way to prevent this from happening.
- Contact Customer support and share the relevant information.
