How do I change my name?

To change your profile name:

1. Tap your profile picture.
2. Tap on the pencil icon next to your current username.
3. Tap on your current username, then change the name to the new name you'd like to use.
4. Tap Done on your device or mobile keyboard

How do I change my status?

To change your status:

1. Tap your profile picture.
2. Tap your current status. 
3. Type your new status.
4. Tap Save.

How do I change my profile picture?

Your profile includes three profile picture options: your "Main Photo", your "Big Win Grin" photo, and your "Just Chillin'" photo.
To change a profile picture:

1. Tap your profile picture to open your full profile.
2. Tap your profile picture again.
3. Tap on the picture that you want to change.
4. Choose a photo from the list of Casino characters or add a custom photo by tapping the Upload button.
5. Select the photo you'd like to use.
6. Tap the Set Picture button.
7. Tap the X button in the upper-right corner to close the window.

How do I upload a profile picture?

To upload a custom profile picture:

1. Tap your profile picture to open your full profile.
2. Tap your profile picture again.
3. Tap on the picture that you want to change.
4. Tap the Upload button to add a custom photo.
5. Select the photo you'd like to use.
6. Tap the Set Picture button.
7. Tap the X button in the upper-right corner to close the window.

Please note:
Custom profile pictures cannot currently be uploaded in the web-based versions of Big Fish Casino. If you wish to upload a custom photo, please try opening Big Fish Casino on a mobile device.

Are there rules for profile pictures?

Yes! Posting inappropriate content can result in a permanent image ban.

Moderators remove any photos that contain defamatory, explicit, obscene, threatening, or offensive content.

What kinds of pictures may be deleted?

Examples of obscene or offensive pictures include:

• Images of nudity 
• Offensive gestures
• Racist/homophobic content
• Images with an obvious focus on the body

If you're not sure if something could be considered offensive, it's best to avoid posting it.

If you come across a player whose profile contains inappropriate content, please report the player so our moderators may investigate.
